When a 6,900 sq ft space in New Delhi´s landmark Ashok Hotel decided to go for a makeover from Lebanese to Mediterranean it was the license that mandated its indoor to outdoor space ratio. Delhi-based Ambrish Arora's love for spaces and interior architecture led him to set up Lotus in June 2002, along with Sidhartha Talwar and Ankur Choksi. Lotus is a multi-disciplinary firm where he is the Principal Designer and CEO. His firm specialises in hospitality, public spaces, retail design and residential projects. His recent project Lemp Brewpub and Kitchen (2011) got him shortlisted for UK and International Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2012.
