Dhoomimal Gallery, Delhi shall showcase Jamini Roy´s drawings and paintings from the Ravi and Uma Jain estate uptil 10th March, 2016. Curated by critic-scholar Uma Nair, the works in ´Carved Contours´ represent Roy´s inspiration from the Kalighat paintings of Calcutta and the ´Pat´ style of rural Bengal.
