A family mansion in a Montreal suburb, Veranda House, a project designed by BTA-E wins at being private. Instead of resorting to stone and mortar, this house uses nature as its backdrop, and curtain. The landscape design and site-specific trees serve as the perfect privacy screen, with only the entrance and certain services being visible from the street.
