Architect Siddhartha Talwar and landscapist Nikhil Dhar have won the competition for designing the police memorial in New Delhi.The design: a circular wall 25m in diameter and 9m high with a large sandstone statue of India’s national emblem the lion and a series of protective rings standing as a symbol of the layers of protection given to the country.
