No privacy

The Vertical Glass House, originally designed 23 years ago by Architect Yung Ho Chang from Chinese architecture firm Atelier FCJZ, is finally ready! Located at the West Bund Biennale of Architecture and Contemporary Art in Shanghai, the house has glass floors and roof without any windows!

With key Chinese traditional architecture elements, such as enclosure and separation, the house reflects modern vertical transparency at the cost of no privacy.
