Green vision

ingenhoven architects has unveiled its design for Tokyo´s highest residential building. Toranomon Project is a new business and lifestyle development that will include a 175,000-square-meter office tower and a 122,000-square-meter residential tower. Located in the Toranomon area of Tokyo, the project will be built around the existing Toranomon Hills Mori Tower. The design takes off from the idea of a vertical garden city. The central tower will feature lush green public decks. These green terraces will help reduce the urban heat island effect and air pollution, while also shading the fully glazed façades of the building.
