Beauteous Bathrooms

Roca showcases the exclusive Armani/Roca bathroom concept together with new products to redefine the bathroom space.

Roca showcased its innovative product range for 2012 at Acetech held in November this year. The exhibition space was created under the Moving Forward theme designed in collaboration with the Dan Pearlman German design studio. With this unique space, Roca conveyed its core brand values of leadership, innovation, design, well-being and sustainability.

Amongst Roca's latest proposals for India was the exclusive Armani/Roca bathroom space: a fully integrated concept of elegant and modern interior design created in collaboration with a prestigious Italian design firm. This sensual range from Roca uses advanced technology, elegance and luxury to transform the bathroom into a stimulating artistic space that reflects the style and philosophy of Giorgio Armani's home décor design.

Showcased products included the innovative In-Flow bathtub created by Roca's Innovation Lab. It has generous dimensions, an ergonomic bottom that adapts to each individual's shape, and a hydro-massage system with remote control and touch-control panel. The bathtub uses less water than a conventional one. Its faucets, with a lateral waterfall flow-effect, fill the bathtub in less than five minutes.

Also on display was Roca's elegant Circular Bathtub with headrests that fit in just about anywhere. Maximising comfort and elevating the senses, the Circular Bathtub incorporates contemporary technologies. Amongst other new innovations, Hybrid stood out for its technology - it allows users to turn the faucets on and off using the traditional single-lever faucet or an electronic faucet, thus contributing to water and energy saving.

The In-Tank Meridian water closet was another attention grabber. Created in collaboration with Fluid master, this is a revolutionary bathroom fitting concept that incorporates the tank in its interior, making it an ideal solution for small spaces. Amberes, a pedestal washbasin with an attractive joystick faucet system, also made its debut at the event. Apart from showcasing new solutions for 2012, the Roca space featured the company's commitment to the environment and sustainable development in the form of the We Are Water Foundation.
