Arel Architects, a Temple Hills-based firm, has been picked to provide management consulting services to MGM National Harbor for the construction of its resort and casino at Maryland, USA. Owned by MGM Resorts International, the planned project is worth a whopping $925 million. It is expected to open in 2016 and will surely be something to look out for with its 300 rooms, 3,600 slot machines, 140 table games, a 1,200-seat theater, and 35,000 sq ft of meeting space, and restaurants.
