Chinese castle

The humongous castle turned hotel in Dalian, China will shortly reopen this August. The castle lies on a hill and is the second German-style castle-hotel to be built in China; the first one was in Qingdao. ´Castle Hotel,´ part of the luxury Starwood Hotel chain, is said to be transformed with Bavarian style architecture. Built with intricate details of a real Bavarian castle in Germany, the hotel perfectly recreates the style, bier and wurst included. The exterior tower spires stand tall as ramparts encircle the castle. The interior is composed of sprawling stone work, wood furnishings and high detailed ceilings.
