Hansgrohe, established in June 1901, has completed 115 years in the bathroom fixtures and showerheads industry. As one of the brands on the forefront, Hansgrohe has more than 3,800 employees, 34 subsidiaries and 21 sales offices. The company, which saw its turnover rise by 10% to EUR 964 million in 2015, is poised to achieve new record sales and earnings.

Vector Projects (I) has merged with Uniply Industries, a manufacturer of plywood, laminates and related products for a consideration of Rs.64.12 crores. This collaboration gives expansion opportunities to both the companies. Vector aims to achieve a revenue of Rs.300-crore this fiscal. The transaction involves a `23.12 crore stock swap with shares of Uniply and a Rs 40.99 crore cash pay-out funded by Uniply´s promoters and other participants through a private placement.

Tisva, the lighting solutions brands, has joined hands with Gauri Khan. As a part of this alliance, Tisva will roll out campaigns featuring Gauri Khan and an exclusive range of designer lights specially curated by her. The brand´s portfolio includes LED designer lights, chandeliers, lamps, downlights, etc.

Stylam, a Laminate & Adhesive brand, was felicitated with India´s Greatest Brands & Leaders 2015-16 award in the laminates and adhesives category at a glittering ceremony held at Mumbai by URS International.

Masonite comes with 90 years of experience and commands more than 60% global market share. Masonite doors are energy efficient, sound proof, wind resistant and environment-friendly. The brand also has the Masonite Experience Centre for various home applications such as kitchens, wardrobes or panel products, office furniture/partitions, home interior aesthetics like wall and roof panelling, wall mouldings and furniture like TV cabinets.
